Yoga on Hampstead Heath

OUTDOOR YOGA CLASSES DURING THE SUMMER!

Selected weekends during the summer on Hampstead Heath! Next date to be announced soon!

This will be an hour-long hatha class, followed by a picnic for those of you who want to stay.

The class will be suitable for all levels and ages, so bring friends and family along (they're also welcome to hang out nearby if they don't want to participate in the class, and join us for the picnic afterwards!)

Please email me to let me know that you are coming (so that I can make sure that I have enough mats) and send me a current phone number (so that I can keep you informed if there are any last-minute changes).

When: Selected weekends over the summer - keep checking back for the next dates

Where: Hampstead Heath, Sports Ground (see map)

Cost: £8

What to wear: comfortable stretchy clothes

What to bring: a yoga mat if you have one, and a contribution to the picnic if you'd like to stay.

Directions to the sports ground: From Hampstead tube station, walk down high street and take first left onto flask walk. Follow flask walk until it turns into well walk. Follow to end (you will be at road that runs along edge of heath). Cross this road and keep going straight along the path that leads into the heath. After about 5 minutes you will see the sports ground to your right. Call me if you have any problems (07966 815 678).

Private and Small-Group Classes
